This year was the best year to compete in the CrossFit Games. With lots of hard work and dedication to get there, Rochelle got to join CrossFit Valley Park to make a dent in the standings! 18th out of 97 teams was a great start and will only get better year after year! Next year, CF TNT will have there own team and will have to face CFVP at the CF Games!
