I will train tomorrow, but then I am taking an active resting weekend.
I won't go to the gym on sat or sun, just row or something at home.
Then I plan to train lightly on Mon, Tues and Wed. As for Thursday
and Friday, those will be rest days ( trying to get my head together)
in prep for the qualifiers.
Training is basically over now, all I can do, at this point, is give
100% during those 3 wods. There are some really talented competitors
coming in for this and it should be an absolute blast.
There will be over 130 males competing for just 30 slots. That means
over 100 will leave disappointed ( If I have my way I won't be one of
them). ;-)
Breakfast
3 egg Omelet with sausage, onion and green pepper
Cashews
(I included a photo because I made this omelet myself and, for the
first time, it actually turned out fairly decent). Lol.
Lunch
Home made beef jerky ( no sugar)
Blueberries
Macadamia nuts
Dinner
Baked chicken breast with onions, broccoli, green peppers, salad and
cashews.
Snack
Apple
Sunflower butter mixed with protein powder.
