Q. In WOD #2, is this a clean & jerk or a squat clean & jerk?
A. A squat is allowed, but NOT required.

Q. In the Airforce WOD, what do you mean when you say that you can rest for a minute?
A. Obviously resting for a minute, or at all for that matter is going to hurt your time. The point is that after your 4 burpees at the top of each minute, you can spend the rest of your minute however you want & will not be penalized for resting after your burpees.

Q. Do you begin the Airforce WOD with 4 burpees?
A. Yes. 4 burpees to start & 4 every minute after that until you finish.

Q. Can I use a personal mp3 player during the WODs?
A. You cannot. You will need to hear comments from your judges during the WODs. Don't worry, our DJ will supply you with music during your WODs.

Q. In WOD #2, will I be allowed to use a weight-lifting belt?
A. We don't think you'll need them at 155 lbs. But if it's necessary, yes you can & once it's on, you cannot take it off.

Q. In WOD #2, what is allowed for the jerk?
A. You must start from the ground and have the bar in the rack position before jerking it. You can press it, push press it, push jerk, or split jerk it. We will also cover any of these kinds of issues before each WOD.
