This time there is money involved!! Each CrossFitter who wants to participate will throw in $20. The winner for the top Male and top female will split the pot!
This Saturday, March 6th for Rehab Saturday, we will be doing a WOD. (to be revealed on Saturday) After you complete your WOD, you will have 8 weeks to work on those skills in the WOD (weather it be for time, for reps, for PR, etc.)
On April 24th we will do the same WOD again and see who gets the highest percentage from their first WOD on March 6th.
This WOD is for everyone. Weather you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced CrossFitter, we have programmed these WODS to benefit you as an individual. So stop thinking about it, and get signed up!
If you are unable to make it this Saturday, You must come to either Sarah or myself and do the WOD for us. We will track it down for you. We will have a sign up sheet at the front desk. You must give the front desk, Sarah, Diane or myself the $20. On Saturday we will see what the money totals.
I can't wait to see everyone sign up! This will be so much fun!
