Push ups are hard! There are so many kinds of push ups to choose from that it can be sometimes overwhelming. We have the regular push ups on the ground (hands close in or a wider stance), feet close or at a wide stance, on knees (TNT does NOT allow those since they do not mimic the real push up), and push ups at an incline (we use a squat stand with notches that go down in range, that have a wide variety of challenges). You can also do push ups against the wall for those beginners who want a great place to start.
Many other push ups to choose from might be handstand push ups, ring push ups, military push ups, clapping push ups, decline push ups and even one arm push ups!! WOW, that is a variety of push ups if you ask me?
For the month of March, I challenge all of you to the 31 day push up challenge? You can do this from your own home, at TNT or even from where ever you might be traveling!!

I decided to change it up a bit. I am doing the challenge, but on the rings. Rings are 1" from the ground and I touch chest to ground on all reps.
30 reps.

I don't know if I'm more impressed that you're doing the challenge on the rings or that you were up at 6:30 am on a Saturday. Either way, I'm impressed.

No, impressive is Tony doing the challenge, but with head to ground HSPU on parallettes.
