9:40 - 75# thrusters, all PUs w/o band
Awesome turnout for 5am DP! I don't ever recall 10.

Paralettes were not broken today....I used boxes instead.
9:23RX Fran. First time doing this WOD RX not impressed by my time or efforts. A whole lot of walking to the pull up rig. Should have had a better plan on how to get from movement to movement quicker.

HOLY..smoked shoulders. My very first thruster actually hurt. Ironically, my shoulder was fine by the last round. 75# with blue band..Time?..not a clue.

Chiropractor WOD: Hopefully I get cleared today so I can come back on Wednesday. Miss you guys. Doing pushups and air squats at home, so at least I'm getting better.
And I missed out on both Fran and Karen. I might have to do those extra after class in the next couple of weeks.

9;52 RX, cant seem to string more than 3 pullups together. Basically I did a bunch of sets of 3 until the last round. Then 1,1,1,1.... Pleased with my sub 10!

Holy friggin Fran! Ive always wanted to fran. It was the only Benchmark WOD i knew of before i started doing crossfit. I knew it would be bad, but it was worse than i anticipated.
6:54 RX. Im disappointed with my time. I think my effort was where it was supposed to be but my abilities limited me.
Did 21 thrusters unbroken, then 7, 7, 5 2 on the pullups.
Next was 7, 5, 3 on the thrusters and 5, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1 on the pullups.
Last round of thrusters was 5 and 4, but should have been unbroken. My pullups were gone! I did 3 and then a bunch of singles.
Im already planning on meeting fran again sometime soon...

I just squeaked in 12:00/scaled. Got 4 DU in a row, and made another stride towards those handstands (thanks Sam!) Quads are still feeling the wrath of Karen.

Great job everyone!! So this is like my 7th time doing Fran. And that bitch hasn't changed a bit! 2 years ago I did it RX with 4:07. Then I had done it 2 other times pregnant and the time and weight got lower and slower.
I was so scared to feel the way I do now. I want to barf and my throat burns and I have the taste of metal in my mouth. Yuck!
PR 3:31 so a :36 second pr. The pull ups F*d me up
