Nice Snatches 5 AM! Great Coaching Thommy! Completed all rounds @65# with 5-6 sec rest each time.

No missed reps. RX.

Messed around afterwards with some added weight and full-squat snatches, 'cuz I need to get better at those.

Hit 145# a few times, 10# below my PR. Missed is a few times too....need work.

No missed reps at intermediate, gonna start doing things rx and if I finish last, at least I did rx!

Rx with no missed reps. Tweaked my neck on the last 2 snatches though and I'm in a world of hurt this morning. Ow.

Well Ro made me do RX...which was my 1RM...I missed 8 reps.
