Oddly enough it is harder to eat poorly after I put myself through the horror of working out without a shirt on.

40 HSPU. Kinda dogged it during the windshield wipers.
Did strict PU, 70# SDHP, and 20# WBs.
7:47. Did everything unbroken. Probably should have tried to do the old 88'er so i could get RX.

My shoulders are slowing me down. Oh well, 70# and 20#,,again not sure of the time. Should I be posting if I don't even know my time???

11:45; 12 PUs strict, then finished with blue band after 2m; 70# KB SDHP, 20# wall balls. Everything still feels very weak and slow, but it's getting back to normal, at least.
