WOD - Thruster@ 55# + 35# slam ball
After 6 rounds did 4 reps each remainder.

This was much tougher than expected.

last year I did 58# thrusters, this year... ALL RX! Was good to have Ro sharing my bar so I had an extra push to keep going!
Finally conquered my fear lowering myself to the floor on HSPU, so I worked on negatives during skill work.
