Day 2
So much to learn in so little time. Sunday was all about nutrition, programming, and of course AMRAP in 10 minutes of 7 partner med ball sit ups, and 7 burpees!
All coaches broke up into sections and went over the muscle up, pull ups and snatches. TNT now has nine of our members certified. Of course in order to be one of our TNT coaches, they will have to go through seventy hours of training first. Either way, getting your L1 Cert. is helpful in so many ways to become a better CrossFitter in general.
We can't wait to host our next cert!
Day 1
The coaches of CF HQ flowed with knowledge and kept everyone's attention from 9am-6pm. All very specific with each of their lectures. We got CrossFitters from New York, Memphis, Chicago and Georgia; amongst all areas of Missouri, just to name a few.
Before we had our "STINK AND DRINK" social, Fran gave us the adrenaline we needed to finish off our day! Lots of PR's and first timers got a hold of those 21-15-9 thrusters and pull ups.
Almost all of our CF TNT'ers got in for a pic
Boxed wine is aged with perfection! EC loves the bubbles she gets when red wine is poured from a box
Pat S, Miranda, Jon Gilson, EC, Joe and Russ are at CF TNT to show over 60 CrossFitters what constantly varied, functional movements and high intensity is. They are coaching us through the nine functional movements of CF and explaining to us what fitness is. Right before our last classroom lecture, we all got to experience tabata squats to warm up!
We all look forward to seeing what our wrap up WOD is at the end of day 1? Any bets? I feel Fran might be coming to visit us???
