It's that time of year again. All throughout the stores there are tiny bikinis and barely-there swimsuits reminding us of our society based imperfections. What are your thoughts about the upcoming summer months? I've grown to find it funny when the radio commercials boast about "your perfect summer body" being a pill and 10 weeks away. Let's reevaluate. I don't want the perfect summer body for June, July, and August. I want to work year round to be healthy, happy and strong. New accomplishments, such as a 278lb back squat, completing more workouts with Rx weight, and setting new and attainable goals allow me to track my improvements. The continuous changes in my clothing sizes and the way my clothes fit are what reinforce the confidence that I have gained as a result of my journey with CrossFit at CrossFit TNT. I'm excited to be committed to our upcoming summer Lurong nutrition and fitness challenge. My goal is to lose additional 10 lbs prior to my big 30 birthday in June!
