Kettlebells

This month we will work on just about everything that you can do with a kettle bell. This will include grip strength such as farmer walks, overhead walks, lots of different kind of swings such as the Russian swings, double kbs and banded kbs. We will also work on our Turkish Getups, windmills, arm bar stretch and let's not forget about kb snatches, clean & jerks, presses, thrusters goblet squats and more!
