Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultation Package

The consultation is done by CrossFit TNT’s head coach, Oscar Isacsson. Oscar has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Human Performance. The plans are personalized to your goals and situation in order to create the most success. This service is available to members and non-members. The lifestyle & nutrition consultation package is $100.

Here is what’s included in the package:

1 on 1 consultation
You will sit down with coach Oscar where you go over what the biggest problems are, how to fix them, and create a clear game plan. He will breakdown what needs improvement and why.

Detailed diet and lifestyle questionnaire
In order to fully understand your personal situation you will fill out a detailed lifestyle questionnaire that will help find areas of improvement.

Food log analyzation from 3 separate days (2 weekdays and 1 weekend day)
You will be in charge of logging your intake over 3 days in great detail. This is a great learning experience for you and it gives Oscar the information needed to improve your diet. A second option is for you to take a picture of everything you eat throughout the day and make 3 collages showing what you eat.

Suggested grocery list that will help you stay on track
Fill up the fridge with these items and you will be able to make better choices with less effort. The grocery list also has guidelines for different physique and performance goals.

Customized food prescription including calories, fat, carbohydrates, and protein
You will be given a detailed prescription of what you need to be eating on a daily basis to reach your goals.

Customized supplement prescription based on nutritional deficiencies
Nutritional deficiencies are very common and they can stall your progress. You will get a detailed list of what you are missing and need to supplement with.

Example meal plan
You will be given a example personalized meal plan based on foods that you are currently eating and one that includes some new foods. This meal plan makes it very tangible and easy to see what a more optimal day looks like. This is only an example to show proportions of meat, vegetables, starches, and etc. The goal is to give you the tools you need to create balanced meals on your own.

Information resources
You will be given specific information resources that pertains to your goals and needs. Education is very important in learning how to make better choices and you will be provided with resources to help make things easy to understand.

Continued Online Support
Once we have done the consultation there will be continuous follow up and you will be added to a small, closed group on Facebook. In the group Oscar will answer your questions, share useful information, and give you the continued support you need.

Guide for Pre- and post workout nutrition
You will get a guide outlining what to eat before and after workouts to help you recover better. This changes a lot depending on whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or speed up recovery.
