The Air Force WOD
Created by your very own, Rochelle Thayer, this WOD has gone mainstream as athletes all over the world program and do it. It started in 2010 as CrossFit TNT hosted the very last Sectional Qualifier for the CrossFit Games before the CrossFit Open started.
We will get together on Labor Day, Monday, September 5th at 9am to kick it off. If you don't make it in on Monday, you will have the rest of the week to tackle it!
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
*Start with 4 burpees, then emom do 4 burpees till all movements are complete.
75/43 or lower
