Primary Focus
Fish game on rower/ski erg

Skill
Max rep unbroken Push ups
Then, emom for 6 minutes complete ¼ the reps.
*goal is to have each set of push ups unbroken

WOD
Emom for 10 minutes alternating
7 back squats
7 push presses
65% of 1 rep
Last set of each is max reps
*Add weight along the course of the lifting as long as you can make the rep and time limit.
The sets should begin on the minute.
If you cannot begin on the minutes it is probably a bad idea to add weight.
