Emom for 3: 5 push ups (fingers facing toes)
Emom for 3: 1 wall climb, nose to wall, go down to head, forward roll out
Emom for 3: 2 headstands (facing wall) and kick out to wall or headstand (face away from wall) and kick out top of push up
Emom for 3: 4 hspu or one foot on 10 inch box by wall- invert to handstand/go down to head
