Max rep strict pull ups
5 minutes rest
1 minute max sit ups
5 minutes rest
300 meter sprint
5 minutes rest
Max unbroken push ups
5 minutes rest
1.5 mile run

*This is the test that Jeff will be taking next month. He has been training extremely hard for this so let's make sure to wish him luck and encourage him to continue with his dedication.

We will have a percentage chart that shows where you would end up on this test. In order to pass you would need to have a 70% or higher.
