*use weighted vest RX

WOD
1 round for time
Suicide Sled push
Suicide sprints

*push sled 25 meters, then sprint to start and back to sled
*push sled from 25 to 50 meters then sprint to start and back to sled
*continue in this fashion till 100 meters.
*once you sprint back to sled from 100, push sled to start
