What To Expect in March

TNT likes to change it up so all our athletes continue to strive to be the best. This month our Primary Focus is to work on our weakness. GOATS. Every class this month, you will have a chance to work on 4 different goats a week. We will have week 1 written up on the whiteboard for everyone to see and choose from. They will continue to change week to week. The coaches know your weakness, so if you are unsure of what to work on, we will be happy to help you out to pick one. Let's get better at our weakness.

Who wants to be stronger? Maybe have a better looking rear end? Or who just likes to squat and lift a lot of weight? We will be starting the Hatch squat program for the next 12 weeks. We will squat 2x a week changing it up from Mondays and Wednesdays one week to Tuesdays and Thursdays.

For those who have a 1 rep back squat, please follow the percentages as follows. For those who do not have a 1 rep and have been to TNT for a while, you should have an idea of what you can do. Please make sure not to start or finish heavy. We don't want you to have missed reps. For all of you who are new to CrossFit, the coaches will help you decide on what to start with and what to do throughout the 12 weeks. You can always increase the next squat day.

Don't forget this Thursday is Bring A Friend, all day, every class.

All of us girls like to workout and kick back to sip on a cocktail. We will be able to do both this Saturday at 5pm. Sign up for the FREE class ChickFit. It will be a blast just like the last one we had. Let's bring a bottle of wine or you favorite cocktail to share and some fingers foods for all.

If you have someone you know who has never worked out or is looking to start up, Transformation Academy will start March 13th.
