Step #1: Foundations Classes
TNT would like to invite everyone who has always been interested in doing CrossFit, losing weight, toning, strengthening or what ever your fitness goals may be, to join our family today! We get you started with 4 Foundations classes 2 Olympic lifting classes. Each session is approximately 60 minutes and you will receive individual attention as we teach you the basic skills of CrossFit. During your first visit, we will discuss your goals and talk about nutrition, show you our facility, and start teaching you the very basics of CrossFit.
Your first session is always free!
You will have the opportunity to get a feel for CrossFit, our gym and our coaches. After you complete your Foundations classes you can join TNT as a member and move into regular, group classes. Level 1 Foundations Classes are held every Monday at 7 a.m. and 6:15p.m... You can sign up for these classes online under the Class Schedule tab, create a login for Mind Body and sign in under the Foundations Classes tab. Step #2: Group CrossFit Classes
We insist on correct form in order to prevent injury. Once you have completed your Foundations Classes and we are confident you understand the basic movements, you will move into regular group classes. Remember that CrossFit is infinitely scalable! This means that each and every member, beginner to advanced, can modify each workout to meet their needs. We have approximately 30 group classes to choose from!
Step #3: TNT Specialty Classes
After training in group CF classes, you will get the opportunity to take advanced classes such as Competition Team Training, Olympic lifting & Core Conditioning. These additional classes are for those who want to take CrossFit to the next level!
*Team Training is geared towards those who want to compete. Whether you are a beginner, at an intermediate level, or a fire-breather, we will always have a team for you. You may even want to compete as an individual at some of our local competitions or even try out for the CF Games.
*Core Conditioning is a class that focuses on gymnastics movements; you won't touch any weights in this class!
*Olympic Lifting will focus strictly on technique with Snatches and Cleans and Jerks.
*Mobility classes will work the kinks and joint pain along with flexibility to get you ready for our WODS.
