  Shane Allen finally got his Muscle up!! He also did 2 free-standing handstand push-ups starting from the headstand!! 
Yaaay Shane!!!

I also know we have had a lot of people get their first handstand push-ups this month. Lynette and Christy B. to name a few!! Who else PR'd on something this month or got their first handstand push-up?
