Wow! I am so flattered to have been chosen as November's Athlete of the Month! I never expected this. I first started at TNT just when it was opening back up from quarantine and it has been one of my best decisions. CrossFit had been something I wanted to try for a while but inexperience and nerves had been holding me back. I finally thought it was time to try something new compared to my solo Club Fitness workouts which were getting rather boring. Now, a year and a half later, I couldn't be happier. I am the strongest I've ever been and feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. TNT has made me healthier; I make better nutrition choices and consider my overall health rather than just trying to look good. I don't have to worry about getting bored, there is friendly competition to push me, and the coaches are always available to make sure I'm performing each movement properly & give me that extra encouragement helping me strive to be my best. Working out at TNT is now a regular & important part of my schedule and I plan for it to stay that way for years to come!
