
I joined TNT several years ago to train for a specific event. The first few years I would still sprinkle in other places to workout but was always pulled to TNT for several reasons…the variety of workouts, the way it challenged me differently each day, it really motivated me to push myself to do things that I didn’t think I could do, the positive energy and knowledge of each of the coaches over the years and the amazing friendliness of the people I work out with each day. I’ve done CrossFit and SWIFT over the years and I love both equally!
