Spring Into Fitness - 3 Week Beginner Fitness Program

Summer is just around the corner and there is still plenty of time to make some serious fitness gains.


New year's goals never materialized?


You are doing some exercising but want to take it to the next level?


This 3-week beginner group fitness program is a great place to start.


Get support from a like-minded group and expert coaching.


Take out the guesswork and let us guide you towards your goals. This program is designed for exercise beginners. No previous exercise experience is needed.



Dates:


Start Monday, April 24th


Ends Thursday, May 11th



Class times are:


Monday 5:15 pm with coach Courtney


Tuesday 6 pm with coach Ashley


Thursday 6:30 pm with coach Oscar



This 3-week beginner group exercise program is $99 and open to 10 participants.



Each session is 45min and will consist of low-impact cardio, basic body weight exercises, lighter dumbbell/kettlebell lifting, and stretching.



The coaches will help demonstrate and teach all movements. Any exercise can easily be modified to be made more challenging or easier.



Worried about missing a class?


The goal is to take at least 2 classes per week. We are also throwing in 4x 30min Swift boot camp classes that can be used as make-up sessions.



Spring into fitness is $99 and includes



  • 9x45min beginner group exercise classes

  • 4x30min swift boot camp classes

  • 1x30min flow mobility class
