4-week beginner fitness program towards a more resilient you





Do you have a newfound appreciation for health?



Have you been contemplating going to the gym but don’t know where and how to start?



Are you looking for a gym environment that will keep you safe during these extraordinary times?






The transformation academy is exactly what you need. It’s a 4-week group class led by a coach designed specifically to slowly get you accustomed to working out. This is not for casual gym-goers or someone that has workout experience. This is for you that haven’t been to a gym for a long time or ever.



The workouts will help you burn fat, become more flexible, strengthen your whole body, and help relieve stress.



This is a group exercise program and we will work out together at the same time every week. There are 3 class times to choose from and the goal is for you to make at least 2 of them.



We can accommodate most physical limitations as we have a wide variety of equipment and exercise options available.



Each workout will start and end with mobility work. Through the 4 weeks, the workouts will be progressing in intensity without overwhelming your current level. All participants will get weights and movements assigned based on their current fitness level.



In the past, we’ve accepted 12 participants but this Transformation Academy is limited to 6 people. We have space and equipment to ensure that everyone will be socially distant and that all equipment will be sanitized after each use.



The sessions are 45min long and will include:



  • General warm-up and stretch to get the body ready

  • Technique work of today’s movements

  • 10-20min cardio interval training with intensity tailored to your fitness level

  • Cool down and stretch



We will use low impact cardio machines, practice fundamental bodyweight movements, and do lighter dumbbell lifting. The blend of lifting and cardio is the best way to improve your health and fitness.

  • Monday 6pm

  • Thursday 6pm

  • Sunday 12pm
