The Transformation Academy solves all the above issues for you. Take out the guesswork and let us guide you in the right direction. This program starts at a slow pace that very gradually build up in intensity.

Can you run a mile without stopping, do push-ups, and plank for a minute? Then this program is not for you. This program is BEGINNER friendly. No previous exercise experience needed.



This is our 12th! Transformation Academy. It’s been hugely successful at getting people off the couch, into the gym, and STAYING in the gym. One of the most frequent requests in previous Academies has been -” We should do a TA 2.0 because I don’t want this to end”. Well, this time around we fixed that issue for you. This is the first TA academy that has 2 stages.

Stage 1 is 4 weeks. You can start with this if you are not sure about the whole 8 weeks.

Stage 2 is an additional 4 weeks. Loving the program and want to continue? Then just keep the momentum going and sign up for the second stage. Ready to commit and secure a spot for all 8 weeks? You can do that right now.

There are 5x transformation academy classes per week. We recommend taking at least 3 of these. If you happen to miss a class there will be make-up classes available. We will only be accepting 12 people. This is a small group class and we want to make sure that you get the coaching attention that’s needed.



Here’s what you need to know:

  • Registration starts on Thursday Aug 15th.
  • Stage 1 starts on Monday Sept 9th
  • Stage 1 ends on Saturday Oct 5th
  • Stage 2 starts on Monday October 7th
  • Stage 2 ends on Monday Nov 2nd

The 45min workouts are on:

  • Monday 6am & 5pm
  • Wednesday 6am
  • Friday 4pm
  • Saturday 8am

The price is $159 for Stage 1

FAQ

What happens if I can't make a class?

  • You will see results from 2x classes per week. We recommend you take at least 3 classes per week. The more classes you do the better the results will be. All transformation academy participants are allowed to take 1x Swift class per week (30min class without barbells) to ensure that you get enough workouts completed. We have 18x swift classes each week so you’ll be able to stay on track when things get hectic.

How challenging will this class be?

  • This is a beginner program that will slowly progress through the 4 weeks. There will be low impact movements and no heavy lifting. Focus will be on cardio, stability, and slowly incorporate resistance training along with mobility work. If you are unsure about your status please stop by the gym for a no-sweat consultation and the coaches will be able to assist you.

I’m still skeptical about this whole thing

  • Please come in to the gym, take a look at the space, and talk to us. We’ll answer any questions you have. If you think this will be too easy or hard we’ll be able to direct you to another class offering.

What kind of results can I expect?

  • The more classes you take and the more you adhere to the nutrition guidelines, the better your results will be. We’ve done many successful Transformation Academies and on average people will get fitter, stronger, lose weight as well as inches. 4 weeks is a fairly short time but you’ll surprise yourself on how much progress can be made.

Who coaches these classes?

  • The classes will be lead by coach Oscar and coach Lyndy. They both have a lot of experience working with new beginners and can modify any exercise to make it easier or more challenging. Lyndy has a degree in exercise science, is a certified exercise physiologist, and has extensive experience working with disabled athletes. She is a full-time coach at CFTNT with a ton of experience in group training, personal training, and kids training. She is a L2 CrossFit trainer and holds certificates in mobility and adaptive training. Oscar has an undergrad in exercise science, a masters degree in human performance, and holds a CrossFit L3 certification.
